kung fu shoes

For tai chi we wear kung fu shoes (like the old school plimsolls_. I recommend Blitzsport,  a very good company in London. (www.blitzsport.co.uk) particularly the shoes with red rubber sole. They are  black canvas and slightly stretch across bridge of foot. The shoes will last you forever!
